If you are not familiar with our area, Carmen will take you on a tour to explore neighborhoods ensuring you buy in the area right for you.

Finding Your Dream Home

Property Tours

Whether you’re local or out-of-state, we make it easy to explore homes through in-person showings, personalized video walk through tours or tours via FaceTime. We’ll help you evaluate each property’s condition, location, and potential while answering every question along the way.

Step #5

Write, Negotiate & Secure Your Desired Property

We’ll guide you in crafting a competitive offer based on market conditions and your priorities. Our goal is to balance price, terms, and contingencies strategically — protecting your interests while positioning you to win.

Step #6

Escrow to Handing you the Keys

Once your offer is accepted, we’ll guide you through every step of escrow. We’ll stay on top of all deadlines and lender requirements, schedule inspections, and coordinate with the escrow and title teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll review disclosures together, discuss inspection results, and help negotiate repairs or credits if needed. We’ll also keep in touch with your lender and appraiser to be sure your loan stays on track and all contingencies are cleared on time. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. After coordinating your final walkthrough and closing, we’ll be right here for anything you need — from contractor recommendations to maintenance planning — long after you’ve moved in.
