Outside of real estate, Randy is an avid golfer and can often be found at La Cumbre Country Club enjoying a round with clients and friends. He is also the proud father of two sons.

Originally from Alaska and Oregon, Carmen moved to Santa Barbara to attend college, earning degrees from Santa Barbara City College and UC Santa Barbara. Having traveled to 39 countries, she brings a global perspective while pairing it with a deep appreciation for the community she proudly calls home. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and remains actively involved through Meals on Wheels and as a mentor with Big Brother Big Sister since 2018.
